I have been dancing my entire life, and know first hand the benefits that come with learning the craft of movement. That is why I decided to open up Get Up And Dance Studio, so that proper adult dance education can be available to everyone. From ballroom and Latin Dance, to Swing Dance, Ballet, Theatre Jazz, and so much more, dance really is for everyone.
Whether you are learning to dance for the first time, or you have some dance experience under your belt, GUAD will give you a safe space to dance, and ultimately have fun on the dance floor!
